The production of a quality controlled Techno GREEN pipe system demands the expert supervision, regulation and control of all work operations.

All testing results and processes have to be documented under the quality standards and verified by independent audits and laboratory tests.

TECHNO has been market leader in residential, industrial & commercial pipes system from many years with an experience in extrusion and injection moulding.

The Water Quality Centre offers a comprehensive service for testing materials to BS 6920 to meet WRAS and DWI Regulation 31 requirements.

BS 6920“Suitability of non-metallic products for use in contact with water intended for human consumption with regard to their effect on the quality of water.” Local regulations and codes of practice must be observed. The same goes for regulations regarding the use of chemicals.

Highly qualified experts ensures that all the tests are carried out as per quality control policy which includes,

a. Test and Control inspection of goods All incoming goods are subject to quality test to ensure that the products delivered to customers are of high quality.

b. In-process inspection test The quality plan requires relevant data to be checked before or during the system production.

Preproduction samples are tested in the different laboratories by the laboratory technicians for

  • Surface finish
  • Dimensional accuracy of the test samples
  • Data from extrusion and injection moulding machines
  • Internal pressure test

c. Final inspection The results of products are documented in test reports. Every finished product is released in the market over the world only when all tests and inspections are completed.

The external supervision includes external tests of the industrial plumbing pipes, products and

  • External audit of TECHNNOGREEN PIPE system quality assurance system and test procedures,
  • Calibration of the test equipment,
  • Third Party Test certificate from EXOVA, etc.
